Meet Our Team!

We’re so excited for you to meet the members of our team! Each person has been chosen because of their specific skills, perspectives, specializations, and unique lived experience. We are far from your “cookie-cutter” group of therapists. Each of us believes in providing a safe, inclusive and compassionate environment for you to begin your therapy journey. We offer expertise in anxiety, depression, ADHD, chronic illness/pain, trauma, victims of crimes, LGBTQ2IA+, BIPOC and minority/immigrant identity communities, and more.

Our therapists are versed in various therapeutic methods such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, Person-Centred/Rogerian, ACT, etc. Please see our therapists’ profiles to learn more about their specialties. We look forward to meeting you soon!

While they develop their skills they are under the supervision of an experienced, registered therapist who they meet with regularly to discuss strategies and techniques to ensure they are using the best tools to support clients. For clients, Intern Therapists mean a more affordable option for therapy, with the added benefit of having an experienced therapist’s oversight and collaboration.
