Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of your session and can be payable by credit card. Many people have coverage for counselling services through their extended health plan. If you plan on utilizing your benefits, please contact your provider to determine what credentials they cover (RCC, MSW, RPsych, etc.). You will receive an official receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
There is a high demand for therapy services and your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancels will be charged in full.
